Provided residents with easy access at convenient times to passport services as well as other services provided in the White Plains office.

Enhanced Online Access to Millions of Records

Increased the number of documents available online, improved the document search features, and added a daily access option which increased usage from a home or office.

Provided Hands-On Training to Professionals

In making our governmental services easy and accessible, over one thousand patrons received training to access online services which electronically deliver court papers to the Clerk.

Tim inherited a mobile office that had been underused and unpublicized. He immediately recognized it as a great asset and set about to bring as many services as possible to the many residents who find it inconvenient to come to White Plains.

Since taking office, over 8,000 passport applications have been processed at the mobile office, and thousands more informational pamphlets have been distributed in Enlgish and Spanish.
